"ibayar88", "we", "our platform" refer to the website and services operated under the ibayar88 brand at https://ibayar88.xyz. "User", "member", "you" refer to any individual who registers for or uses the ibayar88 platform for betting or gaming purposes.

Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the account. Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly via the account profile section or by contacting ibayar88 support.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your ibayar88 account password and login credentials confidential. ibayar88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.

• Do not use the same password as your email account or other platforms.
• Do not log in from public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security.
• Report immediately to ibayar88 support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Ownership: An ibayar88 account is the personal property of the member who registered it and may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person. Funds held in an ibayar88 account may not be transferred between different member accounts.

Ibayar88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods only:

All funds deposited into ibayar88 must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally. ibayar88 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or loans. Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through illegal means will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

Ibayar88 reserves the right to return any suspicious deposit and request verification of the source of funds before permitting its use. This is a standard protective measure to prevent money laundering.

Ibayar88 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

• Rollover Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x–20x depending on the bonus type) before they can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.

• Postponed matches will remain active for up to 48 hours. If the match does not commence within that period, all bets will be fully refunded.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently audited systems to ensure fairness and randomness that cannot be manipulated.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to your account instantly once the round is complete.
• Any technical disruption during a live casino game that prevents the match from being completed — all unresolved bets will be fully refunded.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Ibayar88 has a security team that continuously monitors all account activity. If there is strong evidence that any of the above activities have occurred, ibayar88 reserves the right to suspend the account in question immediately while an investigation is conducted.

Closure by Member: You may close your ibayar88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or any bonus funds that have not met the rollover conditions will be forfeited. Any remaining real money balance after all settlements will be returned within 5 business days.

Closure by ibayar88: ibayar88 reserves the right to close or suspend your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.

Ibayar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior member consent. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
